Responsibilities
  • Complete monthly Quality Assurance (QA) activities by focusing on identifying successes and failures in the work performed by Quality Control.
  • Highlight and report any issues to the Quality Assurance Team Lead/Quality Assurance Head.
  • Provide feedback to Quality Control analysts.
  • Identify root causes through analysis of potential misalignment.
  • Support Quality Control in achieving deliverables through knowledge sharing.
  • Deliver refresher sessions focusing on quality to individuals experiencing performance challenges.
  • Engage in risk-oriented reviews focusing on issue identification and facilitate resolution actively.
  • Coach new joiners to learn procedures across the Support department.
  • Collaborate with other teams across different locations.
Skills
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience within Quality Support.
  • A proven track record of positive evaluations.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets, Forms, and Slides in practical applications.
