Responsibilities
  • Assist users through their onboarding experience via our in-app live chat.
  • Analyze KYC documents and process the data they contain.
  • Maintain a consistent online representation of Revolut.
  • Collaborate with teams across London, Moscow, Porto, and Lithuania to address any customer issues.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Possessing a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • The ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Demonstrating strong writing skills, as well as proficiency in numeracy and IT.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Empathy and a passion for assisting people.
  • Driven and self-motivated, with a highly flexible and team-oriented attitude.
  • A self-learning, independent problem-solving approach.
Nice to have
  • Prior customer support experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is desirable.
