Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries and resolve verification-related issues.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of background verification, including education, employment, and address processes.
  • Understand products and services thoroughly to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance the verification process and customer experience.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills for professional interactions with customers and team members.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and relevant applications like Trello, Zoho Desk, SalesIQ, YAMM, Google Sheets.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement by providing feedback based on customer interactions.
Work Plan for First Few Weeks
1st & 2nd week
  • Training on communication methods and software functionalities.
  • In-depth training on SpringVerify and handling 10 insufficiency tickets daily.
3rd & 4th week
  • Familiarization with insufficiency and tracking processes, closing 30 tickets daily.
  • Understanding support function and work, closing 50 tickets daily.
5th week
  • Independent handling of insufficiency emails and clearing them from the team’s list.
Requirements
  • Strong initiative, decision-making, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and software applications.
  • Eager collaborator within the team, possessing a readiness to learn and adapt.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree.
Note
  • Full-time internship opportunity for a minimum of 9 months.
  • Weekend work might be required based on business needs, with compensatory leave provided.
