Responsibilities:
  • Address and resolve customer queries regarding Springworks products.
  • Provide assistance in resolving issues related to Springworks products.
  • Effectively manage and handle customer inquiries concerning our products.
  • Ensure satisfactory resolution of customer issues regarding Springworks products.
  • Stay updated on product features and operational processes, and communicate feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of products and services to offer accurate information to customers.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve customer issues.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills for professional interaction with customers and team members.
  • Utilize hands-on experience with CRM systems and relevant applications such as Trello, Zoho Desk, SalesIQ, YAMM, and Google Sheets.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the support process by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions.
1st & 2nd Week:
  • Receive training on communication protocols.
  • Gain detailed insights into the software tools used for communication.
  • Learn the functionalities of the communication tools.
  • Receive comprehensive training on our products.
  • Practice handling 10 insufficiency tickets daily.
3rd & 4th Week:
  • Deepen understanding of insufficiency.
  • Familiarize yourself with the trackers in use.
  • Handle and close 30 insufficiency tickets daily.
  • Gain insights into the support function and daily work processes.
  • Aim to close 50 tickets per day.
5th Week:
  • Independently manage insufficiency emails.
  • Clear emails from the team’s list.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate initiative, decisiveness, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various software applications.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm as a team player.
  • Collaborates effectively within a team environment.
  • Shows eagerness to acquire new knowledge and adjust to changes.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
