Responsibilities
- Assisting the operations team with daily tasks.
- Organizing and preparing documents for data entry.
- Compiling, verifying, and prioritizing information for accuracy.
- Inputting data into database software and ensuring its correctness.
- Reviewing data for errors and deficiencies.
- Resolving discrepancies and obtaining missing information in documents.
- Generating reports and storing completed work in designated areas.
- Performing backup operations.
- Managing follow-up calls to ensure verification.
- Maintaining Management Information System (MIS) records.
- Making calls will be part of the tasks involved.
Interview Process
- Include Operations Assignment.
- Highlight 2 rounds of virtual interviews conducted with Operations Specialist and Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, encompassing phone, email, and chat.
- Proficiency in utilizing Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
- Outstanding coordination and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with proactive thinking and task prioritization.
