The Role

We seek an Associate Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Experience/Customer Success division. Your role involves being a crucial part of the team responsible for customers’ initial Sprinto platform experience during onboarding and overseeing the integration of newly purchased products. Collaboration with Product, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams will be key in ensuring our customers achieve their objectives with Sprinto.

Responsibilities
  • Engage primarily in video calls with founders, CXOs, and CISOs from early to mid-sized companies, guiding them through implementing effective processes for achieving global information security standards like SOC2, ISO27001, PCI DSS, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with our exceptional Product team, consistently elevating customer satisfaction through the Sprinto journey.
  • Coordinate with audit partners to ensure a seamless experience for both partners and mutual customers, requiring a deepening grasp of Information Security/Cloud Security Compliance over time.
  • Adapt swiftly to our rapidly expanding product landscape, involving quick learning, researching, and troubleshooting issues while devising solutions or workarounds for various customer use-cases.
  • Dedicate efforts to guarantee a delightful Sprinto experience for customers, setting a high standard for Customer Experience. This team serves as the initial touchpoint for customers engaging with Sprinto, emphasizing the importance of a strong start in the overall customer journey.
Basic Qualification
  • Any Graduation are eligible to apply
  • Background in programming, pivoting away from coding due to preference.
  • Notable communication and presentation skills, standing out within your peer group.
  • Experience in software implementation roles.
  • Proficiency in handling customers across different time zones.
  • Strong technical understanding encompassing concepts like S3 bucket, DB encryption, Virtual Private Cloud.
  • Methodical and systematic approach, consistently meeting commitments.
  • Valuable bonus if possessing prior experience with SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, and other compliance standards.
