Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment processes, including preparation of job descriptions (JD), posting job openings, screening candidates, and liaising with campuses and candidates.
  • Oversee employee-related processes from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Develop strategies for employee engagement in a remote work environment.
  • Undertake any additional HR-related activities as needed.
Eligibility criteria
  • Available for a work-from-home job/internship for a duration of 6 months.
  • Currently pursuing an MBA (HR) or BBA degree.
  • Possess prior experience in recruitment.
  • Demonstrate relevant skills and interests.
  • Only pre-final year students should apply.
