Eligibility Criteria
- The eligible educational backgrounds for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecom, or Communication Electronics, as well as a Master’s degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science (limited to MSc.).
- Applicants are required to have achieved a minimum score of 70% (without rounding-up) in their 10th standard, 12th standard/diploma (if applicable), as well as in their Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA), or Master of Science in Computer Science (M.Sc).
- There should be no gap year between completing the 10th standard and joining a course.
- Preference will be given to candidates who possess a Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC) or a consolidated marksheet for evaluation.
Please note that rounding marks to 70% for eligibility in the registration process is considered invalid.
Selection Process
The selection process for eligible candidates will consist of multiple tests, with each test serving as a prerequisite for the next stage of the process.

- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
Test links for all the rounds will be sent to eligible candidates, including their junk/spam folders.
Supercoder Selection
- Candidates who demonstrate exceptional academic performance and excel in the selection process (excluding the HR round) will be eligible for consideration in the Supercoder cadre selection.
- Once deemed eligible, candidates will proceed to take the Supercoder test, and those who successfully pass it will be designated as Supercoders.
Work Location & Timings
The candidate should demonstrate a willingness to work on projects at any of TechM’s Development Centers or client locations nationwide. The work schedule will adhere to the specified timings of the company, including the possibility of working in shifts.
Bond & Compensation
- Selected candidates will undergo a probationary period of three months.
- Candidates who successfully clear the standard selection process will be eligible for a CTC (Cost to Company) of INR 3.25 LPA.
- Candidates who successfully pass the Supercoder selection process will be eligible for a CTC (Cost to Company) of INR 5.5 LPA.
- Upon joining the company, candidates are obligated to sign an indemnity bond amounting to INR 1L, committing to a mandatory service period of 2 years.
