Currently, we are conducting bulk hiring for the Work from Home Premium Customer Service Process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle a large influx of incoming phone calls.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Recognize and evaluate customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Cultivate sustainable relationships and build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Offer precise, reliable, and comprehensive information utilizing suitable methods and tools.
  • Accomplish individual and team sales targets, along with meeting call handling quotas.
  • Address customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements and skills
  • Has a proven track record of customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Possesses strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Demonstrates customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and effective time management.
Preferred candidate
  • Must own a laptop or desktop.
  • Laptop/desktop should have an i5 processor.
  • Laptop/desktop should have 8 GB RAM.
