Responsibilities
- The candidate must possess the ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Basic calculation skills are required for the role.
- The candidate’s primary responsibility is to enhance and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding their expectations and needs and addressing them in a responsible and effective manner.
- Providing accurate feedback to customers about the progress of their inquiries will be part of the job.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of information is a critical aspect of the position.
- The candidate may also be assigned other duties as needed.
Qualification and Skills
- The prospective individual must be at least 18 years old.
- Both undergraduate and graduate candidates are welcome to apply.
- The candidate should be available to work occasional nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English is essential.
