Roles and responsibilities
- Monitor advisor calls, offering immediate feedback for critical and non-critical errors.
- Assess if agents maintain acceptable contact handling standards through monitoring and test evaluations.
- Generate and share performance and statistical reports on contact handling to the Quality Assurance Supervisor regularly (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Hold responsibility for meeting monthly Quality-related service level objectives.
- Conduct random call monitoring to ensure adherence to Client/TP standards.
- Manage BAU, Business Intelligence audits, and compliance audits as per business needs.
- Provide consistent feedback to team members on team performance and escalate any pertinent issues.
- Collaborate as a team to achieve client-set targets.
- Maintain flexibility and motivate the team regularly to drive performance.
