Roles & Responsibilities
- Guide potential students via calls, aiding in product selection and facilitating informed career decisions.
- Address queries related to the company and its products, ensuring clarity and resolution.
- Conduct outbound calls and consistent follow-ups on assigned leads.
- Sell memberships to students based on their specific needs.
- Explain product features comprehensively and provide guidance on package usage.
- Ensure a superior customer experience throughout interactions.
Telecaller Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in domestic outbound or telesales roles is necessary.
- Proficiency in speaking elementary Hindi.
- Minimum age requirement: 18+.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to switch communication styles as needed.
- Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping abilities.
