Roles & Responsibilities
- Guide potential students via calls to assist in choosing the suitable product and making informed career decisions.
- Resolve queries related to the company and its products.
- Conduct outbound calls and consistent follow-ups on assigned leads.
- Sell memberships tailored to students’ needs.
- Explain product features comprehensively and demonstrate package usage.
- Ensure a positive and appropriate customer experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in domestic outbound or telesales.
- Proficiency in understanding and speaking Elementary Hindi.
- Minimum age of 18+.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to switch communication styles as needed.
- Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping abilities.
- Capability to accept critique without internalizing it.
