Roles & Responsibilities:
- Guide potential students through calls, assisting in product selection and enabling informed career decisions.
- Address inquiries pertaining to the company and its products, ensuring clarity and resolution.
- Conduct outbound calls and maintain consistent follow-ups on assigned leads.
- Promote and tailor memberships to align with the individual needs of students.
- Explain product features comprehensively and offer guidance on package usage.
- Ensure a superior customer experience throughout interactions.
Telecaller Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Necessary prior experience in domestic outbound or telesales roles.
- Proficiency in speaking elementary Hindi.
- Minimum age requirement: 18+.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to switch communication styles as needed.
- Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to accept and process critique constructively without personalizing it.
