- Guide potential students over calls to select the appropriate product and assist them in making informed career decisions.
- Resolve inquiries related to the company and its products.
- Make outbound calls and conduct regular follow-ups on assigned leads.
- Customize membership sales to match students’ needs, offering tailored solutions aligned with their unique goals and aspirations.Explain product features thoroughly and instruct on package usage.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
Telecaller Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Prior experience in domestic outbound or telesales roles necessary.
- Proficiency in speaking elementary Hindi is a must.
- Minimum age requirement: 18+.
