Roles & Responsibilities:
- Guide potential students over the phone to select the appropriate product and assist them in making informed career decisions.
- Address queries regarding the company and its products.
- Make outbound calls and follow up regularly on assigned leads.
- Sell memberships to students according to their needs.
- Explain product features thoroughly and demonstrate how to utilize the packages.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout interactions.
Telecaller Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in domestic outbound or telesales is necessary.
- Proficiency in understanding and speaking elementary Hindi.
- Minimum age requirement of 18+.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt communication style as needed.
- Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to receive feedback constructively without personalizing it.
