Responsibilities
- Explore large volumes of data to extract data-driven insights for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze the performance of various products and platforms, tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Analyze customer behavior data, deriving actionable insights to enhance product offerings.
- Take ownership of specific tasks, maintaining and improving their output.
- Identify, assess, and review data to present strategic insights to senior management.
- Assist the team in conducting quality checks on data for accuracy and maintaining documentation on processes and workflows.
- Propose new types of analysis that can be conducted on given data sets.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned reports and tasks.
Qualifications and attributes
- Self-starter with a curiosity for exploring large data volumes and collaborating with cross-functional teams within the organization.
- Previous experience in roles or internships involving data analysis across various fields, such as web analytics, customer analysis, and product performance metrics.
- Proficiency in various statistical methods and tools for data analysis, with a strong preference for experience or education in Python, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analysis.
- Ability to conceive and create interactive dashboards for data representation.
- Keen attention to detail to identify data irregularities and conduct ongoing data sanity checks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and demands.
- Energetic, receptive to learning, skilled in maintaining open lines of communication, and eager to work collaboratively within a team.
- Sound knowledge of news and current affairs, with an additional advantage if knowledgeable in financial news.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly and thoroughly assimilate new information.
