Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of Subject Matter Experts, the individual actively engages in training sessions and contributes to the documentation of processes.
- May provide input for various reports.
- Prioritizes work effectively
- Understands customer impact of daily work
- Gains proficiency in one or more products/projects
- Independently, the individual conducts testing and troubleshooting of online product features and functionalities.
- As assigned, the individual tests the content, functionality, accessibility, and usability of products, which may also involve administering automated testing.
- The individual follows established testing procedures and written test plans provided by Subject Matter Experts to ensure completion of thorough testing.
- Provides input into release readiness of products.
- Communicates errors and provides recommendations.
This position requires 0 to 1 year of experience.
