  • Proficiently juggles priorities to ensure a timely and detailed level 2 support experience for members.
  • Keeps updated on general topics supported by level 1.
  • Stays informed on all level 2 Credit products.
  • Conducts eligibility checks for members interested in credit products, providing necessary information on application possibilities.
  • Utilizes soft skills to guide members through available credit options.
  • Explores data and contributes to reporting efforts for tracking product and service performance.
  • Demonstrates values to new team members, offering support with wisdom and experience, and assists with common back-office tasks.
Skills
  • Possesses excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Comfortable using industry tools such as Kustomer, GSuite, and Jira.
  • Confident in engaging with customers to optimize their current account experience.
  • Enjoys devising creative solutions for challenging problems.
  • Proactively identifies recurring issues and contributes to the development of new workflows for resolution.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
  • Brings experience in customer service within the finance industry.
  • Has previous experience working in startup environments.
