Basic Tasks

- Escalating systemic issues to level 2 support.
- Completing manual tasks where automation fails.
- Assigning complex manual task challenges to broader teams for resolution.
- Following up with Developers on timeline and completion status.
- Updating dashboards with the status of all automations.
- Conducting routine assessments and health checks on reports and pipelines to identify potential issues.
Skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Extra knowledge of Excel/PBI would be a plus, but not necessary).
- Swift at acquiring proficiency in new technical programs and platforms.
- Detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing tasks with ever-changing needs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹16,500 a month.
