Responsibilities

Troubleshoot incidents and problems reported by users on a daily basis, ensuring timely updates in the ticket logging tool.
Address desktop and laptop operating system issues.
Perform installations, re-installations, configurations, and troubleshooting for systems, printers, and scanners.
Handle software and application installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Manage the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of email clients.
Install antivirus software and monitor virus definition updates on desktops/laptops with failed automatic updates.
Apply patches that have been approved to desktops and laptops that have experienced failed automatic updates.
Remove viruses from affected desktops/laptops.
Handle IMACs (Install, Move, Add, and Change) that are pre-approved and low impact.

Perform OS builds using approved images.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills with Wipro, IBM, HP, Dell, and other vendor laptop/desktop hardware.
Quickly analyze and diagnose technical problems.
Resolve problems within established SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Collaborate with local and global teams.
Exhibit proactive and clear communication skills.
Possess knowledge of quality standards and processes.
Maintain good client communication skills.
Be willing to work shifts as required by project needs.
Set up desktops and phones for projects.
Implement measures to reduce repetitive calls.
