Job description:
The Trainee assumes responsibility for configuring and testing Wipro’s exclusive Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System, tailoring it to align with the specific requirements of our clients. This process involves utilizing proprietary systems and tools. to establish and adjust tables and parameters within the TBA System, following the specifications determined through analysis.The role is specifically tailored as an entry-level position, suitable for applicants who possess strong programming skills (such as logical reasoning and analytical abilities), along with expertise in systems configuration and testing related to human resource function-supporting systems. The responsibilities encompass various testing activities, including test case preparation, test data management, and executing tests under the guidance and direction of the Systems Analyst.
Eiligibility:
- Only candidates with a B.Tech / BE (CS, IT and ECE) / MCA
- 2023 passout only.
- Good communication skills in English is required
Skills:
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles or concepts.
- Principles of automation testing is required
- The candidate possesses knowledge of best practices and methodologies in system testing and software quality assurance
- The candidate should demonstrate the capability to break down intricate problems into smaller, more manageable components, as well as the ability to comprehend and articulate the relationships between those components, indicating strong analytical skills.
- The candidate should possess proficiency in applying fundamental relational database concepts, including table relationships, keys, and executing SQL and DB2 queries, among other related skills.
- Experience with systems implementations
- Writes intermediate SQL queries
- Troubleshoots intermediate system defects and errors

- Identifies needed test cases
- Completes test plans with test case needs
- Configures the system to meet analysis specifications.
- Documents relevant configuration in analysis specifications.
- Fixes any issues identified via test execution
- Ability to stress test the system
