Job Description
  • Converting RequisitionConvert requisitions into purchase orders manually.
  • Process invoices, including 2-way and 3-way matching.
  • Set up new vendors or modify existing vendor information.
  • Schedule and monitor payments.
  • Conduct accounts payable (AP) close activities and schedule related tasks.
  • Provide helpdesk support.
  • Perform audits of travel and expenses (T&E).
  • Manage queries efficiently and resolve them according to the defined process.
  • Escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary, especially those of significant importance.
  • Generate process-related reports.
  • Prioritize tasks, including handling escalated queries.
  • Resolve queries involving inter-team dependencies, such as invoice statuses and payments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
  • Master of Commerce (M.Com)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Additional Information
  • Proficient in oral communication, with English as a first language, enabling effective interaction with customers and team members in a professional and confident manner.
  • Skilled in written communication, capable of conveying clear and comprehensive instructions/responses via email promptly, adhering to departmental flextime and work-from-home (WFH) policies regarding email timeliness and expectations.
  • A readiness to cultivate and foster collaborative working relationships with colleagues both within the community and across divisional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
